Music and Arts Scholarship Recipients
 
We are very pleased and proud to announce the recipients of this year's senior scholarships. As usual, there was an incredible pool of talent in the graduating class and it was very difficult to select from the many applicants. The following seniors were selected for their outstanding dedication to pursuing coursework  in music and/or art, their enthusiastic participation in school-related art and music events, and their commitment to sharing their talents with the Holliston community:

Cameron Hewes

HMAPA is very proud to congratulate David Joslin on trombone and Cameron Hewes on clarinet for their outstanding performances at the Massachusetts Music Educator Association Festival on March 20th, held at Symphony Hall. The ensembles represent the best in the State of Massachusetts.

 

Cameron Hewes was recently awarded a seat with the All-Eastern Regional Ensemble.

2010 National Arbor Day Poster Competition
 
Miller 5th Grader Elena's  beautiful poster was chosen from hundreds of submissions to be Massachusetts' entry in the national competition.
